Tiarra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Sunrise Family Healthcare and Sunrise Aesthetics & Wellness. Her work is rooted in helping patients feel their best from the inside out.
With years of experience in emergency medicine, leadership, and wellness care, her mission is to create meaningful connections with patients while helping them build confidence, health, and longevity for the long run.
She believes in treating the whole person — through prevention, education, and personalized care — combining wellness, hormone optimization, weight loss, and aesthetics so every patient has a path to actually thrive.

We'll tell you the truth about what you need.
If your skin is dull, we'll look at your sleep, your hormones, and your gut before we sell you a third laser package. If your weight won't budge, we'll test your thyroid before we hand you a prescription. The aesthetic outcome is the goal — but the path there usually runs through everything else.

We'll address the system, not the symptom.
Conservative dosing. Layered treatments over time. Building toward results that look like you, just rested. Aesthetics done well shouldn't be the first thing anyone notices about you.

We won't make you look "done."
